Christian Men Inc. (CMi) is an intergenerational development program to help build men and boys, ages 7-80. It focuses on building Black and Brown youth, adults, and seniors, in seven areas of life: Faith, Family, Finance, Career, Civic, Health, and Personal Development through its, Soaring to Success program.

The 3 Generation Initiative (3Gi) is a “Rites of Passage” program, that is being developed in real-time.  3Gi has a membership-based business model of individual teams, composed of twelve (12) members  four (4) youth, four (4) adults, and four (4) seniors; (grandfathers, fathers, sons, grandsons, nephews, cousins) within a community.

In 2016, Pastor Waller and Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church (Philadelphia, PA) partnered with CMi because of his desire to bring an innovative and relevant strategy to connect with and engage the men and boys of the faith-based, business, and at-large communities surrounding ETBC.

CMi has successfully launched its membership outreach beyond the Northeast Region, which was its focus in 2020.  Begining in 2021, CMi is able, through its partners,  to utilize social media and  streaming services to present its programs online, and offer memberships throughout the entire United States.
